House Rules

-The basement and garage are not accessible for guest use.
-This listing does allow pets but you must check off that a pet is coming in the AirBNB App and pay our standard pet fee. If we find out after the fact that you brought a pet without notifying us you will be charged a much higher fee at a cost of $250.
-Please note that you must be out of the Unit by 10:15AM the LATEST. You will receive a $150 fee if you are out of the unit later than 10:15AM and will be charged an additional $50 for every 15minute interval that you are late after that. We have had problems with guests leaving late in the past and need to make sure that our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean the unit before the next guests arrive.
-No parties or events are allowed in the unit. You will immediately be kicked out of the unit if you hold an event at the unit and will be charged a $1,000 fee

The basement & garage is NOT AVAILABLE for access by our guests. There is nobody living in the basement, but access is not permitted.
Additional notes
The area is quieter than the hustle and bustle of a downtown unit, but is right on Route 3 with quick easy access across the island.
