Guest access
-The entire unit is located above the garage, the garage is not available for Guest Use and is only used by the cleaning company for storage of items
-Guests have access to a small backyard space with two sitting chairs next to the unit
-Guests have access to the Beach via a short path off of the driveway
Additional notes
-Pets ARE NOT allowed at the property
-Each time you arrive to the unit you will need to climb the stairs to enter the unit
-The garage underneath the unit is not for guest use
-The property has 3 different units on it, each with their own secluded outdoor space but they share the same walking path down to the Ocean off of the parking area
-The beach is composed of small rocks like most of Maine Coastline and is not a sand beach
-The beach itself is on Conservation Land owned by the State and you may see people from the 2 neighboring units accessing the beach
-The front porch in the photos faces the parking area and the 2 balconies face the water
