**Shipwreck got its name because the floor in the unit is slightly slanted sideways in the house and not completely level making it feel as if you are actually on a Shipwreck.

-The beachfront is a rocky shore like most of Maine and is not a sandy beach
-The backyard, beach, and dock are shared with the two other units
-This is waterfront that has High Tide and Low Tide. During Low Tide the water retreats and you will not be able to swim.
-Guests in the neighboring units may also have Pets
