Deer Run is a standalone home in Bar Harbor near the head of the island in Town Hill. This area of the island is very quiet and peaceful while at the same time very convenient to get across the whole island!
Right by the end of the driveway is access to the Blue Horizons Preserve Trail that leads right to the beach in Clark Cove behind the home.

This listing gives guests access to the entire home as well as space in the driveway for parking two vehicles. The garage at the end of the driveway is Off Limits to guests as homeowner of this property lives there in the summer but you shouldn't see her much if at all.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, but not the garage building where the homeowner lives. The homeowner will be invisible, but if you want to say hi they are more than happy to have a quick chat with you!
Additional notes
-You may see a cat exploring around the property, she is harmless and won't bother anyone or go into the Rental

-Outdoor Furniture is put out in May until October

-A/C Units are Portable A/C Units that are placed in the window. These will be located in the bedrooms and guests can use them at any time

-You are NOT allowed to cook lobsters in our kitchen
Guest interaction
Myself as well as the homeowner will be invisible to the guests unless they want to interact with us. Guests will be able to Self Check-In to the unit themselves and I am always available to chat on the app or on the phone.
